Sorry for invading her territory… but Faith’s been lagging on the updates lately. I just wanted to take a minute to tell everyone about the importance of taking care of yourself and how even the areas we neglect most will be immensely thankful if we pay them a little love and attention.
About two months ago, I went for a spa facial and was lectured harshly by my therapist about how dry my skin was and the overall build-up of dead skin cells. I dismissed her initial remarks but when I returned home, I looked through my shower and thought about my skin.
